Refund Policy

General policy

All purchases made through the BeMee app or website are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. By completing a payment, you agree that digital services and features (such as premium subscriptions, coins, boosts, or other in-app purchases) are provided immediately upon purchase, and therefore you lose your right to withdraw from the transaction once the service is delivered.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please cancel it before the next billing date.

Refunds for auto-renewed payments will not be issued if the subscription was not canceled on time.

Exceptional cases

Refunds may be granted only in specific circumstances, including:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased services, verified by our support team.

  • Unauthorized payments proven through valid evidence (e.g., fraud, stolen card).

  • Legal requirements applicable in your country or region.

To request a refund under these conditions, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at info@bemee.si, including your payment details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Refunds

Users may request a refund within the first 24 hours of a new subscription purchase if they believe the service was not delivered as described. Refunds for recurring billing periods may be granted in exceptional cases, such as technical errors, duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions.

Cancellations

Users can cancel their subscription at any time directly in the app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the user retains full access until that time.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, users are encouraged to contact our support team. We respond within 24 hours and resolve most billing-related issues directly, preventing unnecessary disputes.

No refunds for misuse or dissatisfaction

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service.

  • You were banned or your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

  • You are dissatisfied with the number or quality of matches, messages, or other user interactions.

Our service provides digital access to matchmaking features, not guaranteed outcomes.
